My years as a project manager, department leader, and science instructor have given me a uniquely wide-range of data experience.

School Testing Data Analysis

As both a curriculum leader and a technology leader, I have run frequent in-depth explorations of NECAP and MCAS data, item analysis of AP scoring, and innumerable school surveys. While anyone can download a dataset, it takes thoughtful and creative analysis to extract meaning.

Technology Data

Any time a new technology program is implemented, it is important to carefully reflect on its successes and weaknesses, and a vital piece of this reflection is collection of usage data. Through my working with both new hardware and software implementations, I have experience not only with deployment but also in studying usage data as well.

Programming and Data Storage

My work as an app developer and forms system designer has given me experience working directly with data systems such as MS Access and both SQL and NoSQL cloud databases. Several of my software coding projects revolved around collection and storage of data in a variety of storage systems. I have experience with CRUD and RESTful systems, as well as some interesting use cases in non-traditional storage, such as using Google Apps Script and Google Sheets.
