My roles in edtech have given me valuable managerial experience serving as team leader with far-reaching vision combined with close attention to detail.
I am an enthusiastic leader who dreams of (and plans for) the future. I enjoy beginning ambitious, new projects, based carefully on a thoughtful philosophy of providing student learning opportunities for all students. However, while I love to “dream big,” my projects are always firmly grounded in reality, and I believe that the fine details of finance, timing, communication, and public collaboration are make a new program successful.
As a team leader, my style focuses on communication and consensus-building. When good people work together, and feel empowered and appreciated, they can accomplish great amazing things.
My skill-set includes budget management and request-for-bid procedures, staff scheduling, personnel hiring and mentoring , task force team leadership (via full curricular review), inter-colleague mediation, and other supervisory duties.
