Though my primary work experience is teaching and integration, I also have important work experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
Though I don’t have the full skill-set of an advanced network administrator, I have significant training in troubleshooting most hardware and software systems. Through a combination of formal coursework, on-the-job training, and daily tech support, this hands-on, “get dirty” experience has given me valuable insight into the physical side of managing technology.
